Our focus in the fall is to meet with students regarding the selection of spring/summer internship candidates and full-time associates. After meeting with students at recruiting fairs, Moore Colson conducts on-campus interviews. Students interested in the opportunities at Moore Colson are welcome to sign up for interviews through Job Trak. Selected office interviewees are then scheduled for an extensive interview process that includes a one-day "meet the firm event." During that day, students get the opportunity to meet with partners and managers of the firm, interview staff, tour the office and eat lunch with other intern prospects and firm members. In addition, throughout the year, Moore Colson spends time attending various campus social functions and participating in campus speaking engagements at the University of Georgia in conjunction with Beta Alpha Psi.

Another belief at Moore Colson is helping students in their education process. This is the reason Moore Colson sponsors "The Moore Colson Accounting Achievement Award." This $1,000 scholarship is given annually to a University of Georgia accounting student who demonstrates excellent academic and personal skills and is recommended by the faculty of the University of Georgia.
