Brian D. Renshaw, CPA, is a Senior Manager in our Real Estate Practice.  In this role, Brian is responsible for providing audit and advisory services to clients who construct, develop, own, lease, syndicate, advise, and manage all types of real estate assets.  Brian is also responsible for planning and organizing financial statement audits, managing the progress of the work, and supervising staff members.

Brian’s professional background in public accounting includes financial statement audits of apartment communities, home builders, retail shopping centers, self storage facilities, hotels, restaurants and sports franchises.

Prior to joining Moore Colson in 2007, Brian was a Senior Manager with KPMG, LLP in the New Orleans and Atlanta offices, where he managed financial statement audits for a number of publicly traded entities.  Brian has significant experience in SEC public filings and financial reporting matters and provides consulting services in these areas.
