Jason Birmingham is a Partner with Moore Colson's Business Assurance Practice. Clients call on Jason to provide comprehensive, independent assurance services that add value to their businesses. By partnering with clients and getting to know their unique needs, Jason is able to not only provide an assessment of past history but also a strategy for the future.

Jason oversees the construction client practice within business assurance, providing technical as well as consultative services to this group of clients. In addition, Jason’s has experience within the manufacturing, distribution and transportation industries.  In addition to providing assurance services to these industries, Jason also assists clients with cash flow projections, consults on various business issues and provides transactional services to entities looking to acquire new business interests.  He is also experienced in conducting collateral reviews as part of Moore Colson's Lender Services group.

Jason joined Moore Colson in 1988.
