For over 25 years, Moore Colson has consulted with stakeholders (private equity groups, financial institutions, public and large private companies and our private company client base) in transaction environments. We provide buy-side and sell-side transaction consulting and advisory services, typically working as an extension of our clients. Our Transaction Services Team is comprised of partners, directors and senior managers with in-depth expertise in the areas of accounting, finance, operations, tax and information technology in middle-market transactions. We provide our clients with the expertise necessary to fully understand the risks and opportunities in a proposed transaction, and our mind-set is to place ourselves in the shoes of our clients and embrace our clients’ goals and objectives.

Moore Colson is currently seeking a Transaction Services Senior Manager, Director or Partner to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for a professional that has experience within the transaction services field, primarily with an accounting and and/or finance background. This person will have the opportunity to assume leadership responsibilities with the practice; as a result, we are looking for a professional that has led transaction services engagements, develops long-term relationships with clients, mentors team members and can leverage his or her knowledge to others, has exceptional written and verbal communication skills, is comfortable with a role in business development and thinks entrepreneurially.

Experience level of this professional is a minimum of 10 years of accounting and/or finance experience (CPA preferred), with at least 5 years within the transaction services field with a Big 4, national or large regional accounting or transaction services consulting firm; the experience level is directly related to the nature and extent of leadership responsibilities assumed. The nature of our consulting requires prior exposure to middle market companies in most of the following industries: manufacturing and distribution, retail, service, construction, transportation, technology and software, and real estate.
