Todd McMullen, Moore Colson's Partner of Business Assurance, was invited by HURST Senior Partner, Malcolm Hurst, to conduct presentations to both HURST, as well as UK companies in the Liverpool, Manchester and the surrounding areas. Todd addressed several topics, including presentations to businesses in the UK interested in opening subsidiaries in the US and Atlanta, as well as specific issues such as Corporate Governance and Sarbanes-Oxley.

The two firms visited a food company launching a new range in the US and a manufacturing company about to set up its first US factory.
