Moore Colson Hires Senior Tax Associate
Atlanta based accounting firm, Moore Colson, recently announced
the hiring of Drew Brignac – Senior Tax Associate. Moore Colson,
founded in 1981, is a full-service firm located in Atlanta, Georgia,
providing tax and assurance services, management consulting
services, estate and financial services, lender services and IT
audit services.
Drew Brignac is a graduate of the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa
Alabama, with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business
Administration, May 2004. He holds a Major in Accounting and a Minor
in Computer Technology and Application. Prior to coming to Moore
Colson, Drew was a Senior Accountant with Jamison, Money, and Farmer
& Co., Tuscaloosa, Alabama. While working with the firm, Drew
prepared corporate, individual, and non-profit tax returns, planned
/performed audits, reviews and compilations, and planned/executed
audits of profit sharing plans. Drew also served as an intern/staff
accountant with Warren, Averett, Kimbrough and Marino, Birmingham,
Alabama from January 2004- March 2004. Drew is a member of American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants, United Way Loaned
Executive, Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants, and
Habitat for Humanity participant. Drew was also a member of; Kappa
Alpha Order Fraternity - Rush Chairman and Treasurer, Gamma Beta Phi
Honor Society, Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity, Alpha Lambda
Delta Honor Society, Student Alumni Association, and SGA teacher
evaluation committee.
