Moore Colson’s Chris Arnone Honored With Firm Award
Moore Colson, CPA, recently presented the firm’s Coveted Peak
Award to Business Assurance Manager, Chris Arnone.
Atlanta based Moore Colson, CPA, recently presented the firm’s Peak
Award to Business Assurance Manager, Chris Arnone, for his
significant contributions to the firm. Chris joined Moore Colson in
2005, and is a graduate of the University of Scranton, Scranton PA
(B.S., Accounting, 1997). Moore Colson, founded in 1981, is a
full-service CPA firm located in Atlanta, Georgia, providing tax and
audit services, management consulting services, estate and financial
services, lender services and information technology audit services.
Chris was awarded the coveted Peak Award for the second quarter,
2007, at a recent Moore Colson luncheon. According to nominations,
Chris helped lead the way on a new audit that had many unusual
transactions and activity. Chris helped make sure the in charge and
staff person on the job, were executing their work correctly
throughout the entire audit process. Chris also skillfully handled
some challenging situations related to the cost of the engagement.
His guidance and leadership resulted in overall success for both the
client and firm.
Chris Arnone’s responsibilities at Moore Colson
include the delivery of business assurance services to clients,
managing client engagements, supervising and training staff,
developing strong client relationships, and providing value-added
recommendations to clients to improve their financial information.
Chris is also involved in Moore Colson’s Management Service Practice
in the areas of due diligence and merger and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Moore Colson, Chris was an Audit Manager with Moore
Stephens Tiller, LLC. His diverse business background includes
serving clients in the technology, professional services, financial
services, real estate, and distribution industries in addition to
working with not-for-profit organizations and retirement plans.
The firm’s Peak Award is given quarterly to an individual based on
significant contributions to the firm and work performed that is
considered above and beyond expectations or something unique that an
individual brought to the firm which has made a significant impact.
