Moore Colson CPAs Hires Senior Associate for Firm’s Real Estate Practice

Atlanta, Georgia (November 3, 2008) – Atlanta based accounting firm, Moore Colson, CPAs, recently announced the hiring of Yolanda Alexander as a senior business assurance associate in the firm’s real estate services practice. Moore Colson is a full-service accounting firm located in Atlanta, Georgia, providing; tax and assurance services, management consulting services, lender services, estate and financial services, real estate, and IT audit services.

Prior to joining Moore Colson in 2008, Yolanda worked for FFI Real Estate, Atlanta, Georgia, as an accounting manager, and was responsible for consolidated financial reporting on 5 real estate investment trusts and three limited partnerships. FFI Real Estate is a wholly owned Subsidiary of Furst Fugger Bank Immoiblien in Germany, specializing in the asset management of Class “A” office buildings on behalf of German Investors. Yolanda also worked for Jones Lang LaSalle Inc., Atlanta, GA, Grubb & Ellis Management Services, Inc., Chicago, IL and The Prudential Realty Group – Asset Management, Chicago, IL.

Yolanda is a graduate of Aurora University, Aurora Illinois, with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. Yolanda is a recipient of the ABOVE, BEYOND, AND CUSTOMER FOCUSED Award from the Prudential Realty Group for assisting in a $32,000,000 bulk sale of industrial real estate properties.
