Moore Colson CPAs Hires Senior Tax Associate

Atlanta, Georgia (November 3, 2008) – Atlanta based accounting firm, Moore Colson, CPAs, recently announced the hiring of Ashley Burns as a senior associate in the firm’s tax services practice. Moore Colson is a full-service accounting firm located in Atlanta, Georgia, providing; tax and assurance services, management consulting services, lender services, estate and financial services, real estate, and IT audit services.

Prior to joining Moore Colson in 2008, Ashley worked with Jacksonville, Florida, accounting firm, Ennis Pellum & Associates, CPAs. While working as a Tax Staff Accountant with Ennis, Pellum & Associates, Ashley was responsible for individual, partnership and corporate tax return preparation. She also performed monthly reconciliations and quarterly compilation reports for a variety of hedge fund clients.

Ashley is a recent graduate of the University of North Florida with a MBA-Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration - Accountancy, Jacksonville, FL. She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, Phi Kappa Phi, Golden Key National Honor Society, and was a member of the Dean’s List at the University of North Florida.
