Mediation | Arbitration (Alternative Dispute Resolution)We help facilitate dialogue between parties and focus on the issues at hand.
One of our partners is a Registered Neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. We can also provide industry and special matter experts to handle arbitration matters.
We serve parties who are involved in various forms of civil dispute. These parties may approach us to mediate or arbitrate a private matter before or during formal litigation proceedings. Other parties utilize our mediation services after a court has mandated that the parties attempt mediation before a judge will hear the case. We help facilitate dialogue between the parties and focus on the issues at hand so that they can work together on a mutually agreeable solution. We ensure that we remain neutral throughout the entire process and strongly protect the confidential nature of all communications during the process. We believe that adhering to a process, while being flexible to accommodate all of the parties’ needs, ensures that the process works for everyone involved.
We generally follow these six steps in the Conflict Resolution Process. They are: 1) Clarify the disagreement, 2) Establish a common goal for the parties, 3) Discuss ways to meet the common goal, 4) Determine barriers to the common goal, 5) Agree on the best way to resolve the conflict, and 6) Acknowledge the agreed upon solution and determine the responsibilities of each party in the resolution.
