Business Surveys
A business survey assists you in gaining an overall
understanding of a business and the unique circumstances they face,
including specific areas of identified needs and recommendations
for improvements. Business surveys are typically utilized in situations
involving significant changes and/or assumptions like mergers and
acquisitions, spin-offs, turnarounds, and/or circumstances involving
one-time unusual events. A survey typically includes assessments
of:

- Operations and financial position
- Management planning and control systems
- Forecasts, projections, and significant assumptions
- Summary and recommendations

with a better understanding of their repayment sources, collateral,
and the extent to which accounting, information systems, and internal
financial information should be relied upon. A review typically
includes:
- Executive summary
- Operations review
- Financial review
- Collateral review
- Management review
- Summary and recommendations

A collateral review is an assessment of the collateral
securing a customer's borrowings with an emphasis on receivables
and inventory testing. Moore Colson can utilize your field exam
package or our own depending upon your needs. A collateral review
includes an assessment of:
- Receivables (dilution, invoice testing, credit memo testing,
and ineligibles)
