Phil Booth is a Partner in Moore Colson’s Tax Practice. Phil’s primary responsibilities are tax planning, research and compliance for closely-held businesses, estates, trusts and individuals. He works with clients to identify tax strategies that help maximize overall tax savings. He provides financial and estate planning to high net-worth families. He also represents clients before governmental agencies in connection with audits and compliance. He is able to call upon his more than 20 years of public accounting and legal expertise to provide innovative and value-added tax services to his clients in a wide range of industries.
Internally, Phil assist in leading the coordination of tax services for clients, planning and organizing projects, managing work-flow, training for staff and making sure the tax team adheres to the Firm’s client service standards.
Prior to joining Moore Colson, Phil was a tax manager with a local Atlanta accounting firm where he provided tax planning and compliance services to closely held businesses and high net worth individuals.
